In my last blog post I talked about nostalgia and how good it is. Well, another bit of nostalgia came up this week with the reimagining of one of my all time favorite albums being released. This is Lynch Mob’s Wicked Sensation (reimagined). They re-recorded all the songs from the original in a different style. It’s not heavier or looser, it’s just got a different punch to it. I like it. Where the original was very guitar heavy this one is very drums heavy. It is drum heavy to the detriment of the excellent guitar work that is going on. The vocals are just as good as the original, and all the songs stood the test of time very well.

If you were a fan of the original Wicked Sensation or of Lynch Mob in general I think you’ll find this 60 minute album well worth your time to listen to. Check it out today!
